Returns and Exchanges:

Please order carefully as we offer no cancellations or changes of address. All sales are final, unless the item is defective. For returns on defective items, returns must be initiated within 1 week of receipt. Please message us on facebook or send an email to damarsilio@gmail.com

Turn Around Time:

All items made to order (unless noted as ready to ship) and have a turn around time of 2-8 weeks before they are shipped. Holiday items will ship before the holiday.

• Custom fabric preorder have TAT listed under each item. I cannot guarantee any dates for preorder items, as when the fabric arrives to me is completely dependent on the custom designer. 

Shipping:

All items are shipped via USPS first class mail. Please expect shipping delays during holidays and inclement weather. All international buyers are responsible for duties, taxes, or other charges to enter the country. RTS and preorders should be purchased separately, or RTS Item will not be shipped until other items are finished.

Care:

Please take care when washing your items. Most items we suggest machine washing cold with gentile detergent and laying flat to dry. Any items with delicate lace please hand wash.
